Responsible for overseeing and redeveloping existing CRM System and integration of Microsoft Sharepoint Setup utilizing Share point as a file-sharing server initially prior to shifting to Azure Cloud w/NAS/Windows onsite backup servers. Integrating CRM to Sharepoint, Microsoft 365, Quickbooks, AI conversation, & associated software. Overseeing 140″ theater screen and connecting to computers for conference calls/training.
Responsible for all payroll management, all Tax-related matters, setting up of financial accounting system utilizing Quickbooks, reconstruction of books from deals from previous year, Handling of all legal formalities per federal and state guidelines, Registering of company for client companies, setting up of ISNetworld and related safety programs, Working with CPAs and Attornies.
Responsible for purchase, sales, and handling of a broad range of equipment types including Generators, Transformers, Oil Equipment, Chemical Equipment, Refinery Equipment, Data Center Equipment, Central Plant Heating/Cooling Equipment, and all equipment types from our clients in all industrial areas. Working with the Decommissioning Department to help valuate equipment and deduce which opportunities are most worth pursuing and what offers we should be making based upon your assessment of equipment evaluation.
Responsible for traveling to perform on-site inspections of client data centers often times being colocation sites or sites of the largest tech companies globally. Walking them through our process and capabilities. Work with Decom Team to thoroughly analyze every potential liability or problematic issue and develop strategies to indemnify them of risk, speed the process, protect their data, and maximize the return on their unutilized assets.
Responsible for traveling to perform on-site inspections of client power plants, refineries, and substations . Walking them through our process and capabilities. Work with Decom Team to thoroughly analyze every potential liability or problematic issue and develop strategies to indemnify them of risk, limit their liability, maximize their remedial grants, and maximize the return on their unutilized assets.
Sigma is looking for any top-tier Decommissioning Experts who have reached the pinnacle of their work and perhaps are already retired but would enjoy the opportunity to stay in the action and make a little money simultaniously. Anyone with a CMIR lisence is especially wanted. Required to connect us with joint venture partners and connections in all areas of industrial demolition including Data Centers, Semiconductor Plants, Power Plants, Refineries, Substations, and any other industrial type of facility.
